For those of us who already active it’s easy to get out and run three to five miles a day without even batting an eyelash but for many that kind of activity is just a fantasy.

We just returned from the Arnold Sports Festival. This event attracts approximately 170,000 people, making it the largest multi-sport festival in the nation. We had fun taping up the MMA fighters! And KT Tape athlete Mike Bridges was there signing autographs and answering questions.
Shin splints are a painful reminder to any runner of how prevention, flexibility and strength training are important as to avoid them. Shin splints are found in all sports related to running. The causes vary greatly, but simple precautions and tips on preventing shin splints are outlined.
