    • 2 Bananas, ripe & peeled
    • 2 big spoonfuls of Peanut Butter
    • 1 cup Oat Milk

  • Avocado & Apple Smoothie -
    • 2 cups washed spinach
    • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
