So what is Rule #5? "It means 'Harden the %#$& up!' It's a shorthand my coach uses to motivate me during races and training when the conditions are tough and out of my control. It helps me adjust mentally and keep pushing no matter what."

A native Wisconsinite, decorated high school running athlete, four-time national champion at Notre Dame, and bronze medalist at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in the marathon event, Molly's career is a testament to dedication and resilience. Molly is an American professional Runner who competes at an elite level in long-distance events, including marathon, half marathon, 10,000 meters, and other track & field events. She rose to prominence in 2020 when she placed 2nd at the US Olympic Marathon Trials, securing her spot on the US Team for the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics. There she won Bronze, the first American woman to win an Olympic medal in marathon since 2004. She is currently training for the Olympic Trials in 2024 to secure a spot in the Paris Games.

	The Six Point Star from the Chicago flag represents the Great Chicago Fire of 1871.  Its six points represent the virtues of education, religion, justice, aesthetics, beneficence, and civic pride.
