KT Tape KT Flex® is specially engineered to provide effective, comfortable support for weak or injured knees.** KT Flex® is for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, or those recovering from an injury who want extra support for the knee without the bulk and restriction of a stabilizing sleeve or brace.
The included quick start guide and this video show how to apply KT Flex® in the recommended way to promote support and stability in the knees**. Use the 2 strip application system to apply one FREEFLEX reinforced strip along the outside of the knee joint (lateral side) and the other reinforced strip without FREEFLEX along the inside of the knee joint (medial side). The package includes 8 precut strips to equal four knee applications.
