Our mission at KT Tape is to develop breakthrough solutions to enable athletes to compete at their best. We are committed to high quality products that serve the demanding needs of the most serious athletes.
If you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase of our products from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States and would like help with your product, a replacement, or a refund of your purchase (for the price you actually paid), please email us at Support@kttape.com and we will take care of you. Please provide us information regarding when and where you purchased your product, along with proof of purchase. We may also ask for photos of the product. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, our Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States and is limited to 60 days from the date of purchase.
Guarantee Guidelines:
We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the Satisfaction Guarantee. We may amend or terminate our Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.

Please note that when buying on Amazon, our only authorized seller is Amazon itself (product listings will indicate “shipped and sold by Amazon.com”).
