My biggest accomplishments include getting inducted into the Skateboard Hall of Fame, placing 3rd in the World Skate Games in Argentina, and making the US National Skateboard Team for the second time at 64, with a trip to Italy planned for September."

"I was selected for the USA National Slalom Team in 2022. Initially, I offered to give up my spot for a younger skater, but I was told that if I didn’t go, no one would fill my spot. I imagined this would be my last race due to my age and the competition. However, I surprised myself by finishing 4th overall in 2022 against tough competitors. I kept racing and made the team again for 2024. This year, I will be competing in Rome and mentoring Leiola Kahaku, a 15-year-old who is going for the first time."
